Fat Phill’s is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Full-Time Supervisor to join our team in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with leadership experience in the food industry who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and maintaining excellent standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management
- Support store manager in day-to-day operations
- Assist with staff training and development
- Daily cash up duties
- Food preparation
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality or food environment
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong understanding of food safety management and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
