We are seeking a capable, organised and detail-focused Administrator to join our team in a role with a strong operational and administrative focus. This opportunity would suit someone with 1-2 years of administrative experience or an accounts technician looking to broaden their experience within a busy and professional dealership environment.
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and takes pride in accuracy, organisation and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will support a range of dealership administration activities across sales and aftersales, helping ensure documentation, records, reporting and internal processes are completed to a high standard.
What You'll Be Doing
Process and maintain administrative records accurately and efficiently across dealership operations.
Support vehicle documentation, taxation, change of ownership paperwork and related compliance administration.
Assist with used vehicle administration and stock preparation processes to ensure vehicles are retail-ready on time.
Maintain demonstration vehicle logs, internal trackers and filing systems with strong attention to detail.
Prepare routine reports, KPI information and administrative updates for management.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team and help ensure internal processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is dependable, highly organised and comfortable working with detail. This role would suit a candidate who already has 1-2 years of administration experience, or an accounts technician looking to apply their accuracy, systems knowledge and process awareness in a broader administrative position.
1-2 years' experience in an administrative, clerical or office support role would be an advantage.
An accounts technician background, bookkeeping exposure or strong numerical confidence would be highly beneficial.
Strong IT and systems skills, with the ability to work accurately across multiple tasks and records.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation skills and a methodical approach to work.
A professional attitude, good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
