We are looking for an experienced Carpenter/Joiner who can take ownership of attic conversions, home extensions, and structural timber work. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, managing small teams, and delivering high‑quality residential builds.
Role Responsibilities
- Build and install LSF-supported timber structures for extensions and attic conversions
- Complete roof framing, joists, floors, stairs, and structural strengthening
- Install Velux/roof windows, external openings, and internal timber features
- Fit insulation, vapour barriers, and complete drylining to a high standard
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and structural details
- Lead and direct a small team of operatives and labourers
- Coordinate with groundworker, electrician, and other trades
- Ensure site safety, quality control, and efficient workflow
- Deliver clean, accurate, and professional carpentry work on every project
Pay: €29,396.23-€55,181.30 per year
