Pardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is looking for a new Project Manager to join its General Contractor Team.
The new colleague will carry out the following activities:

Coordination and supervision of retail fit-out and millwork projects across multiple locations;

Management of the entire workflow, from gathering the brief with the client to developing technical drawings and supervising the construction site;

Preparation of bills of quantities, cost analyses, and support in preparing offers for the client;

Monitoring of project progress, considering deadlines, budget, and quality control, and resolving any critical issues;

Verification of compliance with safety regulations and quality standards;

Support in evaluating suppliers, materials, and subcontractors and millwork solutions;
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

At least 4-5 years of previous experience in a similar role ideally both with construction, architectural and retail, fit-out, or interior design environments;

Ability to support multiple projects, clients, and sites at different stages of delivery;

Previous experience in a general contractor company, operating in the retail sector;

Solid understanding of materials, production techniques, and finishes, with exposure to millwork or bespoke production;

Knowledge of IT software and programs (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD);

Fluency in English;
-
Availability for frequent travel, with the option of overnight stays, within Europe;
-
Flexible and collaborative attitude, with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Nice to have: knowledge of a second language is considered a plus.
