We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator / Manufacturing Technician to join our growing team.
If you have experience with sewing, fabric fabrication, upholstery, sailmaking, inflatable products, or similar manufacturing processes, we'd love to hear from you.
As part of our production team, you will be involved in a variety of manufacturing activities, including:

Assembly and manufacture of products

Operating industrial sewing, fabric welding, and seaming equipment

Using Hot Air and High Frequency (HF) welding machines
-
Working closely with our technical team to understand product designs and specifications
-
Cutting, forming, gluing, and handling specialist fabrics and materials
-
Participating in product testing to ensure the highest quality standards
-
Supporting product handling throughout the manufacturing process
-
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
-
Assisting colleagues and contributing positively to team objectives

Learning new production methods and equipment through ongoing training

Essential:

Manufacturing or production experience

Strong manual skills and practical aptitude
Desirable:

Background in any of the following industries:
- Sailmaking

Inflatable boat manufacturing

Saddlery or leather goods manufacturing

Blind manufacturing
Full-time, permanent position

37.5-hour working week (Monday to Friday)
