We are Ireland’s market leaders in premium Garden Rooms, creating beautifully designed spaces for Home Offices, Teenager Dens, Music Studios, Therapy Rooms, Art Studios, and Home Gyms.
We are looking for an energetic, organised, and creative person to join our close-knit team in a pivotal role that combines customer experience, showroom management, and digital marketing.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong marketing background who also enjoys dealing directly with customers and representing a premium brand.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, guiding them through our products and customer journey while also helping shape and grow our online presence across social media, website content, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Showroom Coordination
- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries
- Meet and greet potential customers by phone, email, and in our showroom
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads effectively
- Assess customer suitability, budget, and project viability
- Pass high-quality leads onto the sales team
- Maintain a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey
Marketing & Digital Content
- Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Create engaging content including posts, stories, blogs, and email campaigns
- Assist with website updates and content management
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activity
- Help develop online and printed marketing materials
- Work with the team to ensure consistent brand presentation across all channels
- Capture showroom and project content for social media and marketing use
Skills & Requirements
- Strong marketing background with experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, personable, and highly organised
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities
- Experience with Canva, social media scheduling tools, or website CMS platforms advantageous
- Keen interest in consumer behaviour and premium brands
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in luxury interiors, high-end furnishings, architecture, or design sectors advantageous
- Third-level education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field advantageous
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who understands how premium brands communicate and how customers make high-value purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable welcoming customers into the showroom as they are creating engaging online content that reflects the quality of our brand.
Contract & Compensation
- Initial 6-month contract
- Hourly Rate: €20-22 (depending on experience)
