We are looking for someone who:
- Is hungry to build a career in sales and open to being developed and coached
- Is confident and energetic on the phone — you'll be speaking with UK clients daily
- Is competitive, results-driven, and motivated by performance-based earnings
- Brings a positive, high-energy personality to a fast-moving team
- Has a genuine interest in events, entertainment, and social experiences
- Is fully fluent in English, written and spoken — essential for this role
- Can reliably commute to our Mullingar office Monday to Friday
What you will be doing:
- Converting warm inbound enquiries from UK-based groups into confirmed stag and hen bookings
- Managing the full sales cycle from first enquiry to booking confirmation
- Tailoring packages to match each group's preferences, budget, and occasion
- Building client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
- Hitting and exceeding monthly targets and KPIs
- Staying ahead of trends in the UK events market to identify new opportunities
