Ballycommon Civil engineering are recruiting for Welders/Fabricators to join our team for a long term project in Waterford City.
Key responsibilities:
- Working as part of a skilled production team fabricating metal components.
- Carrying out MIG welding and basic TIG welding tasks.
- Reading and working from engineering drawings and instructions.
- Preparing materials and finishing components using hand tools and grinders.
- Checking your own work and maintaining high quality standards.
- Working in a clean, safe, and organised environment.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:
- At least 1 years’ experience in welding or fabrication.
- Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding.
- Ability to follow drawings and work instructions.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Safepass
- Manual Handling certificate
- Own transport
Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience:
- Welding certification or formal training
- Experience in an industrial,manufacturing or construction setting
