CMB Entreprend is a dynamic company specializing in Residential and Commercial Development projects with sites across Wexford, Kilkenny and Dublin. Our Head Office is located in Wexford Town.
We have an exciting pipeline of upcoming projects, including housing estates, apartment complexes, healthcare facilities, and student accommodation. We are currently seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in projects from initial planning through to successful completion. The position is based in Wexford.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project budgets and cost estimates
- Oversee procurement processes and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project costs and prepare regular financial reports
- Collaborate with on-site teams and subcontractors to address issues and ensure project timelines are met
- Finalize and agree on project accounts and settlements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on residential developments
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software such as Cubit or equivalent
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid full driving license is preferred but not essential
