Key Duties & Responsibilities
· Liaising with the management team to carry out work/ repairs.
· Performing general repairs internally and externally, e.g., but not limited to, fitting of appliances, painting, small carpentry repairs. Changing light bulbs.
· Moving of furniture when required.
Ground Maintenance
· Grass cutting, hedge pruning, plant maintenance, and minor planting.
· Sweeping paths, ensuring pathways are clear and safe, applying grit in inclement weather.
Key Skills
· Experience in a similar role.
· Manual Handling.
· Awareness of Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
· Capable of prioritising work.
· Safe Pass desirable.
The role will require the applicant to undergo Garda Vetting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €17.00-€19.00 per hour
