As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and consistently achieving targets.
About the Role
The ideal candidate is confident, enthusiastic, and highly motivated, with a genuine passion for beauty and customer service. You will use your product knowledge and consultative selling skills to recommend tailored solutions and build lasting relationships with customers.
Previous experience working on a beauty counter or within premium retail is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding one-to-one customer service and create memorable luxury shopping experiences.
- Provide expert advice on makeup, skincare, and beauty products.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and counter presentation.
- Support with stock replenishment, inventory management, and housekeeping.
- Stay up to date on product launches, promotions, and beauty trends.
- Represent the brand professionally and passionately at all times.

- Passionate about beauty, makeup, and skincare.
- Highly sales-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in building rapport and delivering personalised consultations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Well-presented with a polished and professional appearance.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
- Previous beauty counter, cosmetic, or luxury retail experience preferred.
