We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Officer to support our site teams and maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct site H&S inspections and audits.
· Prepare and review RAMS, risk assessments and safety documentation.
· Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and H&S training.
· Support accident and incident investigations.
· Identify hazards and ensure effective control measures are implemented.
· Maintain H&S records, KPIs and statutory documentation.
· Support site management and contractors in meeting H&S requirements.
· Promote continuous improvement across H&S standards and procedures.
· Ensure all Health & Safety practices are aligned with current legislation and regulations, while continuously reviewing and improving company policies, procedures, risk assessments, and safety documentation.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years’ construction / transport / traffic management industry experience.
· Relevant Health & Safety qualifications.
· Full clean driving licence.
· Strong knowledge of H&S procedures, audits and risk management.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: €55,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
