Customer Care Associate
Steeltech is Ireland's leading manufacturer and supplier of steel buildings, including Sheds, Garages, Home Offices, Greenhouses and Modular Buildings.
We're looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our team at our Head Office in Tuam Co.Galway. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, is confident on the phone, and has excellent written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Provide professional, friendly and accurate customer support.
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries and after-sales enquiries.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Keep customer records up to date and follow up where required.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
