Cpl Healthcare is looking for an experienced, values-driven leader to join Talbot Group as a Person in Charge (PIC) within their Intellectual Disability Residential Services. Reporting to the Director of Residential Services, you'll take overall responsibility for the management and clinical governance of your assigned service, championing quality care and empowering residents to achieve their personal goals.
Available Locations: Cavan, Meath, Louth, Kildare and Cork
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of a residential ID service to the highest professional standards
- Oversee person-centred care planning, ensuring residents have choice, voice and opportunity to thrive
- Provide clinical leadership, ensuring HIQA compliance and continuous quality improvement
- Manage, mentor and develop your team, fostering a positive, accountable culture
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and external agencies to deliver holistic support
- Drive Health & Safety compliance and manage resources within agreed budgets
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Nursing Degree (NMBI registration) or Level 8 Degree in Social Care
- Minimum 3 years' management experience in the health/social care sector
- Recognised management qualification (minimum Level 6, NFQ)
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development
Desirable:
- Previous PIC or senior management experience in a residential setting

Pay & Hours
- €56,000 – €60,000 with increments based on qualifications, experience and scope of role
- 40-hour week with all breaks paid
