We are inviting expression of interest for internal midwifes who would like to work in the Maternity Out Patient & Ambulatory Services
Professional Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
Candidates must be:

Registered in the Midwifery Division of the Register of Nurses kept by An Bord Altranais or be entitled to be so registered

Have the clinical and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role

Have at least 1 year Midwifery experience
Desirable:
Previous experience working in a Maternity OPD and Ambulatory Services setting.
Knowledge of HIQA Quality/Hygiene Accreditation Process and other national quality initiatives
Experience of participation in audit or research projects
Evidence of recent relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
