The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Host Team from our superb office located in Dublin 2.
This is a dynamic role combining customer support and account engagement, ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Reply promptly and professionally to customer service queries from our hosts via email and phone
- Contact inactive host accounts (minimum 30 calls per day) to understand why they are no longer active and see how we can help them re-engages
- Maintain strong relationships with hosts and provide an excellent customer experience
- Assist hosts with account updates, listings, bookings, and general platform support
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep accurate records of interactions and account activity
- Work closely with other departments to improve customer satisfaction and host engagement
- Perform general administrative and customer support tasks as required
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable making outbound calls (these are not cold calls)
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
