The hours of work for this role are generally: 0930 to 1530. This role will cover both midweek and weekend days up to 5 days per week.

Main Responsibilities:

To ensure that all service provided by you is in accordance with your department procedures

To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in bedrooms and bathrooms and areas of work throughout the hotel, including corridors, fire exits /stores.

To report all maintenance faults to the Accommodation Management Team

To have a full knowledge of all Accommodation services and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours

To ensure that a high standard of cleanliness is maintained in your area of work.

To have a full knowledge of all products in the department and a general knowledge of all hotel facilities and opening hours.

Attend all training courses as notified to you by management
