Key Responsibilities:
Assist with purchasing and sourcing supplies.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and storage conditions.
Receive deliveries and inspect for quality and quantity.
Maintain accurate records and assist with cost control.
Requirements:
Experience in procurement or inventory management (hospitality preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
