Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant - ACCA, ACA or CIMA

Proven experience in financial management within a commercial or retail environment

Proficiency in accounting software packages and dealer management systems

Strong Excel and analytical skills

Support the planning, oversight, and management of the dealership's financial and accounting activities

Prepare periodic financial analysis and management reports to inform strategic decision-making and assess business performance

Assist senior management in business processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across Sales, Aftersales, and Parts departments

Oversee key accounting functions including creditors, debtors, cash flow, and reconciliations

Support preparation of monthly management accounts and year-end audit processes

Maintain accurate financial and vehicle stock records within the dealer management system

Assist in monitoring margins, rebates, commissions, and warranty allocations

Liaise with banks, finance providers, suppliers, and manufacturer representatives

Undertake ad hoc duties as required to support business needs
