Platinum Pilates & Physio is Ireland's leading boutique Reformer Pilates and physiotherapy studio group, operating across six Dublin locations.
We are looking for a highly organised, warm, and professionally presented Front of House Manager to be the backbone of our client-facing operations. This is a pivotal role: you are the first and last point of contact for every client, the hub through which studio operations run, and a key part of the culture we have built. You will manage memberships, accounts, and lead pipeline across the studio group, while leading the day-to-day front of house function to the standard our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Reception
– Manage all front of house operations across studio locations to a five-star standard
– Greet and check in clients, managing the full client journey from first contact through to ongoing retention
– Handle client communications — phone, email, and in-studio — with professionalism and warmth
– Ensure the studio environment is immaculate, well-stocked, and presentation-ready at all times
Membership & Account Management
– Own the full membership lifecycle: onboarding, renewals, freezes, cancellations, and upgrades
– Manage client accounts on our studio management platform (Mindbody / Platinum App), ensuring accuracy at all times
– Handle billing queries, outstanding balances, and payment processing with confidence and discretion
– Track membership data and flag trends or retention risks to management
Lead Management
– Manage and follow up on all new enquiries in a timely, on-brand manner
– Convert leads to trials and trials to memberships, maintaining a structured pipeline
– Coordinate intro offers, new client onboarding calls, and first-class follow-up protocols
– Liaise with the Marketing Manager to align lead flow with campaigns
Operations & Admin
– Support scheduling, timetable management, and class capacity planning
– Coordinate staff rotas and flag operational issues to management
– Manage studio supplies, retail stock, and equipment inventory
– Implement and maintain admin procedures, templates, and client communication standards.
What We're Looking For
– Minimum 2–3 years experience in a premium client-facing role (hospitality, wellness, medical, or similar)
– Exceptional interpersonal skills — you genuinely enjoy people and it shows
– Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
– Comfortable with CRM and studio management systems; proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
– Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive client and financial information appropriately
– A natural problem-solver who takes initiative without needing to be asked
– Alignment with the Platinum Pilates brand: clinical, quality-led, and premium — not a generic gym environment.
