F&M Whelan Engineering Ltd is hiring a Projects Co-ordinator to assist in the day-to-day running of site operations. This is an in-office position and occasional site visits will be a requirement.
Duties will include:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Contract Manager
- Execute project management administrative and book-keeping tasks as managing invoices, purchase orders, etc
- Assist in project procurement process
- On-going consultation with site teams regarding their requirements needs for the project
- Manage project WHS and QA documentation
- Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Construction experience a must
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Full clean driver’s license
- Be self-driven
