Bolands Waterford are hiring for a Warranty Admin role!
Key Responsibilities
- Submission of all warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes.
- Ensure full compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
- Liaise with Service Advisors, Technicians and Manufacturers to resolve warranty queries and discrepancies.
- Review repair orders to confirm compliance with repair instructions.
- Monitor claim approvals., rejections and payments, taking corrective action where required.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous office admin experience where attention to detail was required
- Good Organisational skills
- Good time management skills and be able to priortise workload
- Good communication skills
- Team player but also able to work independently
- Have financial awareness
- Ability to follow procedures/policy (SOP's)
