We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a busy, high-standard hospitality venue in the heart of Dublin City Centre.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage your designated section of the kitchen during service.
- Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain stock levels for your section and help minimise food waste.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.
- Keep your section clean, organised, and ready for service at all times.
- Support and guide junior members of the kitchen team where needed.
- Contribute ideas for menu development and new dishes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong cooking skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong time-management and organisational skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage.
- A genuine passion for food and delivering excellent dining experiences.
