You will be part of a team responsible for installing, maintaining and servicing a nationwide network of environmental monitoring stations, primarily Hydrometric and Meteorological. Full training is provided. The role is ideally suited to a technically minded individual.
1. Install and service Hydrometric instrumentation for various clients nationwide.
2. Install and service Meteorological monitoring stations for various clients nationwide.
3. Work to achieve (KPI's) as agreed in Service Level Agreements with our clients.
4. Provide remote / phone / on-site technical support for customers
5. Positively promote the brand, through on-site performance.
6. Liaise with the Team Manager to ensure that on-site health and safety requirements or issues are communicated in a timely manner. Work to the highest standards of health and safety standards at all times.
7. Create detailed job reports for submission to customers.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office including Word & Excel and general IT competency?
- Comfortable working at heights and on or near water?
Education:
- Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)
Experience:
- Field Technical: At least 1 year (required)
- Experience of working with 12V instrumentation an advantage
- Experience of working with Power tools an advantage
Language:
Licence/Certification:
- Manual Irish Drivers License (required)
- SafePass / Manual Handling (preferred)
