Conaty Food and Catering Supplies is one of Ireland's leading catering suppliers to the hospitality industry. Established in 1970, we supply more than 18,000 food, catering and equipment products to a customer base of over 2,000 hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés and catering businesses nationwide.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and results driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team.
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channel while always ensuring excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Sales & Customer Management
Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow online sales revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and follow up
Manage existing online sales and ensure all orders are processed and fulfilled accurately
Order Fulfilment & Operational Support
Ensure all orders are processed accurately and dispatched in a timely manner.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Oversee the packaging and distribution of online sales products to our customers.
Monitor sales activity and support continuous improvement in online sales improvement.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Requirements:
Experience working in a telesales/ sales role.
Experience working in the Catering, Hospitality or Food Services industry
Display the passion and drive to manage a growing portfolio of clients.
Strong interpersonal and telephone skills are a must.
IT, time management and organizational skills are essential for this role.
