Supply Chain
The Supply Chain Management department is split into three distinct areas:
Supply Chain Planning (Forecasting & Fulfilment, Fresh Management and International Logistics)
Supply Chain Operations (Promotional Volume Planning, Delivery Tracking and Lifecycle Management)
Stock Management and System Rollouts (Automation Projects and Inventory Management)
Supply Chain are ultimately responsible for ensuring on-shelf-availability in stores, while also achieving minimal waste. The Head Office Supply Chain team works strategically to support the Regional Supply Chain departments in achieving their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on availability, write off control and freshness of product. The department also sets out best practice for regional operations.
