About the Role
As a Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll support the senior chefs in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You’ll take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, maintain high standards of hygiene and efficiency, and contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking seafood dishes, fresh stocks, and sauces
- Managing a section of the kitchen under the guidance of the Head Chef
- Assisting with stock control and daily mise en place
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
- Contributing ideas and supporting continuous improvement
- Taking advantage of opportunities for career progression
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a professional kitchen at Chef de Partie level or similar
- Passion for cooking and eagerness to develop new skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
- A relevant culinary qualification is an advantage
