Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Dublin D15
Salary: €53,000 - €56,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Please note overtime and On-Call allowance paid in addition to base salary.
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Facilities Technician to join our team at a prestigious pharmaceutical site in West Dublin. Working within a GMP-regulated environment, you will support the maintenance, reliability, and compliance of site facilities and equipment while developing your career in Facilities Management.
This is a varied, hands-on role offering excellent learning and development opportunities within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Facilities Technician:
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues to minimise downtime.
- Manage work orders and update asset management systems.
- Complete maintenance documentation in line with GMP requirements.
- Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with site standards.
- Conduct routine inspections, safety checks, and site walkdowns.
- Support site projects, shutdowns, and equipment upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset information.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GMP, and quality standards.
- Participate in the on-call rota as required.
Key Requirements of the Facilities Technician:
- Experience in a facilities, maintenance, or technical role.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience within a pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or GMP environment is desirable.
