Full-time Permanent Sales Role
The Company
OIC Cleaning is a commercial cleaning specialist and one of the largest and most successful Irish Family-owned cleaning contractors’ company in Leinster. OIC Cleaning has the knowledge and expertise to provide professional commercial cleaning for the public and private sector within the Greater Dublin area.
Purpose of the Sales Role
We are looking for a well presented, experienced sales professional with a proven track record within the Cleaning / Facilities sector, who will be able to help us expand our already well-established business. If you come from a call centre, field sales representative, business development, sales executive, retail, customer service background we would love to hear from you.
Main duties include (but are not limited to):-
- Generate leads, cultivate new business, and achieve targets in alignment with agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct site surveys to assess customer requirements.
- Develop and deliver proposals and quotations to clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms in accordance with the established pricing structure.
- Identify and research potential sales prospects to support new business development.
- Visit both prospective and existing clients to optimize business opportunities and service levels.
- Ensure timely issuance of quotations, followed by proactive site visits or communication via phone/email.
- Provide comprehensive sales reports, encompassing sales quotations, orders, and potential opportunities.
Requirements from our Sales Representative
- Results-oriented approach to work.
- Proficient computer skills, including accurate and up-to-date data entry.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, coupled with the capacity to multitask effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) to positively represent and elevate the company's profile when engaging with new and existing clients.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a larger team.
Salary. 40000-55000 plus commission
