Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (9 Months)
Adman Civil Projects Ltd is recruiting a Gate / Security Person for our wind farm project at Pinewood Wind Farm, in Abbeyleix Co. Laois. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and organised individual to support the safe and efficient operation of the site.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid SOLAS Safe Pass
- Valid Manual Handling Certificate
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Meet all site traffic at the entrance barrier and direct vehicles safely through the site.
- Monitor and record all personnel and vehicles entering and leaving the site.
- Present a professional and welcoming image of the company to all visitors and provide assistance where required.
- Check that all visitors and contractors have completed the appropriate site health and safety induction.
- Monitor and respond to security alarm system activations.
- Liaise with site management to coordinate daily deliveries and dispatches.
- Maintain the gatehouse and surrounding area to a high standard of housekeeping.
- Secure and lock the site entrance at the end of each working day.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as required, including collecting delivery dockets and assisting the site team.
Pay: €15.00-€15.50 per hour
