Browne Printers Ltd is looking for a motivated and reliable Print Finishing Operative to join our growing production team in Letterkenny.
This is a hands-on role where you will receive full training in both commercial print finishing and signage production. No previous print experience is required—we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate print finishing equipment, including guillotines, folding machines, booklet makers and laminators.
- Trim, fold, stitch and finish a wide range of printed products.
- Mount printed graphics onto rigid boards and signage materials.
- Cut and finish vinyl graphics and signs to a high standard.
- Assemble and prepare signage and display products.
- Carry out quality checks to ensure all work meets customer specifications.
- Pack completed jobs for dispatch.
- Keep the production area clean, organised and safe.
- Work as part of the production team to meet deadlines.

Experience in manufacturing, production, print, signage, construction, engineering or machine operation is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
