Work from our prep sheets and recipes to prepare fresh ingredients consistently and to a high standard.
Pay attention to taste, freshness and presentation. If something doesn’t look or taste right, don’t let it slide.
Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures carefully and help keep the kitchen clean, organised and safe.
Learn our menu, ingredients, recipes and kitchen procedures so you understand how everything comes together.
Help the Kitchen Leader with stock checks, rotation, FIFO and making sure the kitchen is ready for the day ahead.
When things get busy, jump in wherever you’re needed and help the team keep things moving.

Some previous kitchen or hospitality experience is helpful, but what matters most is that you’re willing to learn, comfortable working at pace and genuinely care about good food.
