Bathshack is one of Ireland's fastest-growing bathroom and tile retailers, with showrooms across Northern Ireland, the Republic, and now England. We're not slowing down — and we need leaders who can grow with us.
Our Dublin showroom in Bluebell Industrial Estate (D12) is a well-established, high-footfall site with a strong customer base and a real opportunity to push performance to the next level. Your job is to make that happen.
What you'll be doing
- Driving showroom sales performance and owning your branch targets and KPIs
- Leading, coaching, and developing your sales team to consistently exceed expectations
- Managing all day-to-day showroom operations — from stock and presentation to opening/closing
- Building strong relationships with customers, designers, developers, and trade accounts
- Using sales data to identify opportunities, adapt fast, and keep the team focused
- Representing Bathshack in the local market and driving brand presence in D12
- Working as a keyholder and taking full accountability for the site
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, including Saturday working.
What we're looking for
You don't need to know bathrooms inside out (though it helps). What you do need is a proven track record of leading sales teams, hitting targets, and raising standards around you.
Specifically:
- Demonstrated success in a sales management or senior sales role — you can point to results
- Experience managing, motivating, and developing a team
- Strong coaching instincts — you make the people around you better at what they do
- Comfortable with data — you use it to drive decisions, not just report them
- Excellent communicator — with customers, with your team, and with senior leadership
- Emotionally intelligent — you lead with credibility, not just authority
- Flexible to travel occasionally for training and induction events
