*About Us*
We are a specialist company supplying and fitting access equipment to the construction industry. Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced General Operative to join our Dublin-based team.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Fit, install, and dismantle access equipment on active construction sites
- Work safely at heights in line with site and company procedures
- Transport equipment between sites using company vehicles
- Assist with loading/unloading and general site preparation
- Carry out daily safety checks and maintain equipment to standard
- Liaise with site managers and follow project-specific instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area at all times
*Key Requirements*
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on construction sites
- Demonstrated experience working at heights
- Full, clean driving license required
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates essential
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal
- Valid PPS number
*What We Offer*
- Competitive salary: Starting at €36,000, rising to €50,000 based on experience and performance
