Job Description:
Six month contract.
We are an established Event Hire Company looking for a reliable and organised Driver. This role is key to ensuring our events run smoothly, from warehouse operations to on-time deliveries.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30AM to 5.30PM. Saturday 9am to 12PM
Only applicants living in Ireland will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vans to deliver and collect event equipment, so full clean driving licence is essential.
- Load and unload vans safely and efficiently.
- Ensure equipment is stored correctly and maintained in good condition.
- Communicate clearly with the events team regarding logistics and timelines,
Requirements
- Full, clean driving licence
- Garda Vetting will be required
- Experience driving vans (essential)
- Fluent written and spoken English (essential)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team essential
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, as this is a manual job that requires constant lifting.
Desirable
- Previous experience in events, logistics, or warehouse work
- Experience managing drivers or small teams
