About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is a key leadership role within the company, offering the opportunity to play a central part in our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple mechanical contracts/projects simultaneously
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project performance, costs, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in mechanical services
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and cost control experience
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Full driving licence
Desirable
- Experience working on commercial, industrial, or residential projects
- Familiarity with Irish building regulations and standards
