We are currently seeking a passionate, experienced and dedicated Full-Time Preschool Room Leader Educator (Level 6 or above) to join our preschool room. The successful candidate will provide high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment that supports each child’s development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the preschool room on a daily basis.
- Plan, implement and evaluate an emergent, play-based curriculum.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Supervise and support room staff.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Create a warm, safe, stimulating, engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Complete observations, assessments, and required documentation.
- Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and development.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised classroom.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support daily program operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Early Childhood Education qualification – Level 6 or above (required) Please do not apply without these qualifications.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and curriculum frameworks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Caring, patient, and professional approach
- All required background checks as per regulations
