Tubbercurry Childcare and Family Resource Centre is a vibrant, community-based Early Years setting committed to providing high-quality, inclusive, and nurturing care and education for all children.
We are currently building an additional three classrooms to open shortly and need to expand our childcare team. We have opportunities for educators at all stages of their careers. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the role and may include:
Leading or supporting the day-to-day operation of the assigned room, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education.
Planning, implementing, and evaluating engaging, inclusive, and child-centred learning experiences in accordance with the Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports each child's wellbeing, development, and sense of belonging.
Developing positive, respectful, and professional relationships with children, families, colleagues, and relevant external professionals.
Qualifications and Experience
Room Leader – 37.5 Hours per Week
Applicants must have:
- A minimum QQI Level 7 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education.
- A minimum of two years' experience working in an Early Years setting.
- A strong understanding of the Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of Children First and child protection procedures.
Early Years Educators – 37.5 Hours per Week
Applicants must have:
- A minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education.
- A strong understanding of the Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Children First and child protection procedures.

Pay: €15.00-€20.00 per hour
