The Rock Café is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sandwich Chef to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing fresh sandwiches, wraps, bagels, salads, and light lunch dishes to a high standard.
- Maintaining excellent food presentation and consistency.
- Assisting with daily food preparation and mise en place.
- Monitoring stock levels and helping with ordering and stock rotation.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Working efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch services.
- Supporting the wider kitchen team whenever needed.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Minimum one year's experience in a café or deli role is essential.
- Has a passion for fresh food and attention to detail.
- Can work well under pressure and stay organised.
- Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
- Works well as part of a team while also being able to work independently.
- Has knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
