Kennedys is a multi-award winning hospitality group that operates in multiple sites in Dublin including The National Botanic Gardens, The Boathouse at Farmleigh House and TU Dublin Grangegorman.
We are looking to hire an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team with positivity and an enthusiastic ethos.
Key attributes for the role include;
- Teamwork: to join our team and work as part of the team in the efficient delivery of food for customers and clients.
- Costs: to assist the head chef in costs management i.e. help to manage stock control systems, to assist the head chef on GP maintenance & ordering systems.
- Organisation: proven ability to work in an organised and structured manner implementing Kennedys Group established processes, recipes etc.
- Detail: Maintain high standards of preparation and presentation of dishes and manage a well organised kitchen at a standard which Kennedy’s is known for
- Regulatory: high level of awareness & experience on the maintenance of HACCP and Health & Safety procedures in the kitchen environment
The position is daytime hours. We are open for business 7 days a week. A working week is 5 days, generally 38-40 hours with some seasonal variation. We do not work nights!
