Join Wills Bros on the Dublin, a major civil engineering and groundworks project delivering a 1.1 km underpass beneath live taxiways and runway infrastructure.
We are hiring experienced MEWP Operators, Teleporter Drivers and Rubber Duck Drivers to support plant operations, material movement, lifting support, access works, excavation support and general site activities on this high-profile airport infrastructure project.
You will join the project team within a Joint Venture delivery model, contributing to a complex, safety-critical airport construction project in a live operational environment.
The successful candidates will operate plant and equipment safely and efficiently, supporting site teams with lifting, loading, unloading, access, excavation and material movement duties in line with project specifications and Health & Safety standards.
Applicants must meet all regulatory security requirements, including clearance by the relevant aviation authorities and An Garda Síochána, to obtain and maintain airside security clearance and an Airport ID pass.
About the Role
These roles are best suited to candidates with practical experience operating plant and machinery on civil engineering, infrastructure or heavy construction sites, particularly in MEWP operation, teleporter driving, rubber duck operation, lifting support and safe movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate MEWP, teleporter or rubber duck machinery safely and in line with site requirements
- Support lifting, loading, unloading, material movement, excavation and access works on a large-scale Dublin Airport infrastructure project
- Carry out daily plant checks and report any defects, maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Follow site instructions, traffic management plans, lifting plans and supervisor guidance at all times
- Assist site teams with the safe movement and positioning of materials, tools and equipment
- Maintain high standards of site safety, housekeeping and work quality
- Work effectively as part of a site team, following instructions from supervisors and site management
- Contribute to maintaining compliance with all relevant Health & Safety regulations and airport security requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience operating MEWP, teleporter, rubber duck or similar plant machinery on civil engineering or construction sites
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates
- Relevant plant tickets/certification for the role applied for
- Experience working in live site environments and following site procedures
- Full driving licence and own transport preferred
- Good understanding of Irish Health & Safety regulations
- Ability to work safely, follow instructions and work effectively as part of a site team
