Radio King is a leading company in the automotive Android industry, specializing in the supply and installation of Android car radios, reverse cameras, dash cameras, speakers, and subwoofers for almost any vehicle. We work with both dealers and private clients across Ireland and continue to grow rapidly.
As our business expands, we are looking for a reliable, proactive, and forward-thinking Credit Control & Accounts Systems Assistant to join our team full-time at our workplace. This is an on-site position and remote work is not available.
Role Overview
This role is not only about credit control and payment follow-up. We are looking for someone who understands modern AI tools, can identify ways AI can improve finance and office operations, and can help us build a more efficient and modern internal accounts system.
The ideal candidate will be confident managing outstanding payments, client communication, and financial records, while also contributing ideas and practical improvements to modernize the way we handle accounts, reporting, and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor outstanding invoices and track payment statuses
- Proactively follow up on overdue payments by phone and email
- Maintain professional and clear communication with clients regarding payments
- Record payment activity accurately within accounting systems
- Assist with invoice issuing, statements, and payment matching
- Support bank reconciliations and account checks
- Work with QuickBooks and Excel to manage financial data
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when required
- Maintain organised records of communications and financial documents
- Help improve internal accounts workflows and reporting processes
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Contribute ideas for building a stronger in-house accounts system
- Work closely with management to help modernise accounting operations
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or accounts administration
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar is required
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, filtering, and data tracking
- Good understanding of AI tools and how they can improve office and finance work
- Practical mindset with the ability to improve systems and workflows
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle payment conversations professionally and confidently
- Organised, responsible, and self-motivated
- Experience helping to build or improve internal account systems is a strong advantage
- Russian or Ukrainian language skills are a strong advantage for internal communication
