Kerry Padel Centre is a brand-new facility bringing the world’s fastest-growing racket sport to Kerry. Our mission is to create a welcoming, energetic, and professional environment where players of all levels can enjoy padel through coaching, social play, and events.
We are now seeking a qualified Padel Coach to join our team and help develop a thriving padel community.
Role Overview:
As a Padel Coach at Kerry Padel Centre, you will have the freedom to build and manage your own coaching schedule while being supported by the centre. This role is perfect for a motivated coach who wants flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to grow with Ireland’s newest padel facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality padel coaching sessions for individuals, groups, and juniors.
- Develop training plans tailored to players of all levels.
- Promote padel and help attract new players to the sport.
- Work with the centre to support events, socials, and community activities.
- Candidate will also be able to work flexi hours as a front of house member for an hourly wage in addition to coaching role
Requirements:
- Recognised Padel Coaching Qualification (essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and growing the sport of padel.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Social media/content creation skills an advantage
