We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Housekeeper who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding attention to detail, strong leadership, and a commitment to excellence.
This role involves leading, motivating, and inspiring a dedicated team of accommodation professionals to deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness and service, creating a welcoming environment and an outstanding experience for every guest.
We are a 5 star award winning hotel who pride ourselves in excellence in everything we do.
To be considered for this role you must be eligible to work in Ireland.
Roles & Responsibilities
Tasks include but are not limited to
- To lead , manage and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional standard.
- To handle all operations in relation to the day-to-day running of the housekeeping department.

Ensure all bedrooms, suites and public areas consistently meet five-star quality standards.

Conduct inspections regularly and report anything that does not meet the required standard to your team.
- Prepare staff rosters in line with occupancy levels and business needs while managing labour costs.

Conduct regular maintenance inspections and relay anything that may need to be repaired to the maintenance team.

Complete administration work for your department including reports, performance reviews and general ad hoc tasks as required.
The Suitable Candidate For This Role

Experience in Accommodation Management is essential for this role

You must be eligible to work in Ireland
- Must be fully flexible to work a range of shifts including mornings, evenings , weekends and public holidays.
- Strong leadership skills and team management skills

Flexible and reliable with a positive "Can Do" attitude

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to strict deadlines.

Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experience

Strong communicator with fluency in the English language.
