Artificial Turf Installation Technician
Location: Primarily Greater Dublin area, with travel to sites across Ireland

The Golf Green Company is growing and looking for a motivated, hands‑on individual to join our installation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical outdoor work, wants long‑term career progression, and is keen to develop specialist skills in artificial turf installation and project delivery.
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
About the Role
You will work closely with our project manager to install premium artificial turf across multiple sites. The role combines practical site work with increasing responsibility for managing tasks, coordinating materials, and supporting smooth project delivery.
As you progress, you will take on greater ownership of installations and site operations, including recruitment and supervision of temporary team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation artificial turf, landscaping, and groundworks
- Support the project manager with day‑to‑day site operations
- Order and coordinate materials
- Manage tool and equipment hire
- Carry out practical, hands‑on tasks to a high standard
- Maintain tidy, safe, and well‑organised sites
- Travel between sites as required
- Represent the company professionally with clients and suppliers
Requirements
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with manual outdoor work
- Full, clean driving licence; own vehicle an advantage
- Willingness to travel between sites
- Ability to follow instruction and take initiative
- Strong punctuality and work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with machinery (digger, dumper, loader etc.) is a strong advantage
- Experience with artificial grass installation beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
