Assistant & Events Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Assistant & Events Coordinator to support our Director and wider team.
This varied role will involve diary management, travel arrangements, event planning, administration and coordination of our demonstration vehicle fleet. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, while helping to organise customer, dealer and corporate events throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the Director's diary, meetings and travel arrangements
- Coordinating company events, conferences, hospitality and customer activities
- Managing the demonstration vehicle fleet
- Preparing documents, presentations and correspondence
- Supporting visitors and meeting arrangements
- Processing expenses and general administration
- Providing support to the wider team as required
About You
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and spoken English
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Professional, reliable and able to handle confidential information
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to travel to our office location
