Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards on behalf of our valued Clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from pre-construction to handover
- Develop and maintain programme, sequencing and delivery strategy
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, consultants, and suppliers
- Monitor budgets, cost control, and cash flow forecasting
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Lead site teams and ensure high standards of health & safety compliance
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
- Proven track record delivering construction projects on programme and within budget
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, contracts, and site practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward
