Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Manager
Location: Unit 614, Northern Business Park, Waterford

Salary: Starting at €14.15 PH Competitive rates dependant on experience.
Role Purpose
Kustom Workwear & K Sport is a growing B2B & DTC supplier of workwear, PPE, safety footwear, and school uniforms. The Warehouse Operative is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and safe handling of stock — from goods-in through to picking, packing, and dispatch — supporting on-time delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and put away incoming stock deliveries against purchase orders
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately, including personalised/embroidered items
- Prepare goods for dispatch and coordinate with couriers/hauliers
- Operate forklift for loading, unloading, and stock movement
- Drive company vehicles for local deliveries/collections as required
- Maintain accurate stock records and support regular stock counts/cycle counts
- Keep warehouse areas organised, clean, and compliant with health & safety standards
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues to the Supervisor
- Support returns processing and stock rotation
- Assist with loading/unloading vehicles as required
- Follow all PPE and manual handling procedures
- Occasional heat transfer printing of garments (training provided)
Essential Requirements
- Valid forklift licence
- Full, clean driving licence
- Previous warehouse, stock, or logistics experience
- Good level of physical fitness (manual handling, standing, lifting)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate energy, genuine initiative and ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a small team
- Eligible to work in Ireland
Desirable
- Manual handling certification
- Experience with warehouse management/stock systems
- Experience in workwear, PPE, or textiles environment

Working Conditions
- Warehouse environment; some manual lifting required
- Standard hours: Monday – Friday between 8.30am – 5.30pm
- Occasional overtime during peak periods
