Chef de Partie wanted in Dublin
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Dublin.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
- Must be able to work alone and run a full shift independently
- Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- HACCP knowledge is an advantage
- Valid permission to work in Ireland is required
- Availability to work on weekends
