We're growing, and we're looking for one experienced, full-time coach to step into a senior role with team EXCAPE.
At EXCAPE, we're not just a gym. We're a team that genuinely cares about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Coaching here goes well beyond running sessions. It's about building real relationships, creating a brilliant environment, and leading by example for the rest of the team.
The Role
This is a senior position, so we're looking for someone who's already comfortable in the room and ready to raise the bar for everyone around them. You'll run sessions, build strong relationships with your members, and act as a go-to person for newer coaches, helping shape how we coach and how we show up every day.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience coaching group or personal training sessions
- A qualified coach who's confident running a room and adapting on the fly
- Someone energetic, reliable, and genuinely eager to keep growing
- A natural leader who others look to, without needing to be asked twice
- Someone who loves working with people and brings a positive attitude every single day
- A team player who thrives in an environment where standards are high but the culture is even stronger
